Feast Day ticket sales
Thank you to Allie and Kayla for helping with Feast Day ticket sales after the masses on October 5th and 6th!
Kids can sell 5 tickets for free dress day!!
Updates AS of 10/11/23
We have 23 cars signed up!!! THANK YOU TO ALL THE FAMILIES!
This year the DJ will have speakers directed towards the parking lot, so you should be able to hear the announcements this year
We will have 'Glow with God' bags for the kids who didn't bring their own
We don't want you to feel like you need a ton of candy - when you run out, you run out and no worries! However, we did receive numerous donations of bags of candy, so please let Melinda Gwilt know if you need more
With all of the rain we have had, we had to change the location of the food trucks in order to keep the soccer fields from being damaged. The food trucks will be in the teacher parking lot with the trunk-or-treat. Please see the layout below!
Timeline
The parking lot gets very full.

Layout
This is a rough drawing of where we will park and where the food trucks will be parked
Open up and decorate your trunk or the back of your vehicle. There are some great trunk decoration ideas on the internet! Please refrain from anything overly spooky or gory. Possibilities could include a Halloween theme, superheroes, and saints. Your trunk can be as elaborate or simple as you wish. If lights are needed, please make sure their battery powered as electricity will not be available on site.
Bring some lawn chairs to sit in and hand out candy to the kids!
For candy, please only bring store-bought individually wrapped treats and/or non-candy treats such as bubbles or other small prizes. Do not worry if you run out of candy!
The Feast Day event is 3 hours, ending at 8 PM, so you can plan on having dinner at the food trucks or families can bring a picnic dinner which is fine too.
Haven't signed up yet? Not interested in decorating your car, but want to join us and hand out candy? Great! Bring your candy and lawn chairs - we'll park you in between the cars.
Thank you very much for helping out with this fun event!!
