PAST EVENTS

Timeline  

8:45 am Pavilion gate, bathrooms, and A/V room unlocked

9:00 am Set up begins 

• Two tents over table with table cloth for egg dying - drop off hard boiled eggs (bring enough for your family and 1 dozen extra - cut carton in half) 

• Table for food with table cloth

• Photo booth

• Sign book before church 

• No playground or balls from equipment room

• 200 small water bottles in cooler with ice

• Bring garbage bags and place in cans

9:30 am Attend mass

9:45 am Donuts picked up from Dixie Cream

• Place 300 donut holes in cups for kids to grab

• Have plates for the 40 donuts for adults/older kids

• Bring napkins

10:00 am Egg dying table coordinator setup table (paper towels, dying kits, extra dippers)

• Bring scissors to cut cartons in half for kids to take home easily

** 10:40 am Kids gather in center of basketball court

** 10:45 am Egg hunt 

• 3 and under at basketball court (pendant flags will be removed once it's time for the hunt),  

• Egg hunt 4, 5, 6 year old on soccer field

• Older kids dye eggs  

** 11:00 am Swap areas 

• When the egg hunt is over, younger children move to the egg dying table.  

• Older children start races (break up into boys and girls by ages, 3 boy winners and 3 girl winners) 

** 11:15 am Pictures with the Easter bunny by the wall 

** 12:00 am Everyone helps clean up

• No playground or balls from equipment room

• Take garbage to dumpster

• Any extra food or drinks can be brought home by those who purchased it

• Bathrooms must be left clean and in order the way we found it

• After event is cleaned up, Ministry Leaders sign your sheet in the participation book if you are still present

Easter Celebration is held the week before Holy week begins.
