This year the celebration will be after 11:30am mass (not 9:30am)
This allows our families to set up then attend mass, and fellowship together after mass without a large crowd.
We will be scaling back on the advertising this year
Everyone is still welcome!
CCD (aka Faith Formation) families are encouraged to join us like last year
We are working with Robert Deflin, the new leader of Faith Formation
We will post the event in the church bulletin for those who want to join us from the congregation.
However, we will not be including fliers in the Thursday school folders.
This will give us the opportunity to have time for fellowship and hopefully cut back on the time it takes to plan and execute large events.
We are asking for families to RSVP in advance this year to help with the head count for the hot cocoa, cookie decorating, and craft supplies.
We will have help from the DJ for better audio this year - he will provide mic and speaker
We have hired a photographer to help with the photo booth pictures.
The pageant will be the main focus this year
We ask all kiddos interested in being involved to sign up as soon as possible!
This year we will have a couple of rehearsals before the pageant - these will be fun nights filled with fellowship, rehearsal, and pot luck
